Hand Thrown Yarn Bowl - No. 12

THIS ITEM IS A SECOND AND ON SALE!  It has been discounted due to the bowl shape slightly altering during firing.  It is still completely usable in the purpose as a yarn bowl.

This is a yarn bowl that has been thrown and carved by myself in a mid-fire stoneware clay.

The glaze is a rusty brown colour with an overlay of a light coloured glaze that has split beautifully.   There are 2 holes for knitting needles or crochet hooks, and the obligatory opening for your working yarn.

The weight of this bowl is 885 grams, height 9cm and width 15.5cm.  It will easily fit a large ball of yarn in it  (the skein of yarn pictured is 110 grams and not included).   The bottom of the bowl has been left slightly heavy to help with stabilization when using it.

PLEASE NOTE - This bowl will not be via shipped Express Post due to costings.  If you choose Express Post as a shipping option, I will contact you to discuss options and it will not be posted until an agreement is reached (this is due to the high cost of shipping these items).  If you want express shipping, please email me to discuss.

Please note – Whilst Pickle and Co Fibres has made a concentrated effort to accurately reflect the colour of the yarn on offer via photography and description, there still may be some minor variability with colours between computer monitors and individual perception.
